Your item may be refunded within 30-days of the date of purchase providing there is a defect in the ordered item. Refunds will NOT be given problems from the remote users isp, computer, hardware. Etc... We will do our best to try to walk you through such problems the best we can. For a refund of a defective item please contact us. It is not our responsibility to backup your order. After 30 days any item being lost or damaged will have to be reordered at the full price.
Once your item has been determined defective, a credit will be issued back to the credit card/ Account used to purchase the product. The credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the product returned (excluding shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable if any apply).
Returns may take 7 to 10 business days to process.
